With the brackish estuary and muddy wetlands so close to our community, it is not uncommon to see wildlife about. Many species common to Southwest Louisiana make their home in or near Walnut Grove. The co-existing of man and nature as well as the replacement of damaged or destroyed species will provide a quality of life unmatched by other developments.
